In a warm and refined atmosphere, LA DORADE is a true haven of peace in front of a breathtakingly beautiful panorama. The caramel-toned living room features a beautiful mansard ceiling with exposed beams, a comfortable lounge, an indoor dining room that can accommodate up to six guests, and a well-equipped and very spacious kitchen. The large opening onto the terrace lets in the sparkling ocean reflections and the bright foliage of the property's lush vegetation, creating a peaceful and most relaxing ambience.
At the front of the villa, the terrace is the perfect spot to admire the fabulous view over the infinite ocean. Under the covered area, you will find a lovely outdoor dining room for pleasant al fresco dinners in the gentle trade winds. There is a lovely swimming pool for delightful sessions under the island’s sun, and you will also enjoy the comfy lounge chairs and the outdoor sofa, the perfect place to read, chat or sip a cocktail in the evening. The vacation rental villa LA DORADE consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. One of them has a king size bed, and the other one has a queen size bed. - - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.
