Very comfortable and private, this home is called RIDE because of its owners' passion for surfing, with waves evocations through ocean-inspired pictorial pieces.
The rental villa RIDE is a contemporary home combining sleek aesthetic with a pleasant everyday life. The living room is elegantly furnished with a taupe-colored sofa and a banquette facing the spectacular view over the Caribbean Sea. The lovely, well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar around a central island, with wood and glossy black tones matching with the living area surf and beach’s atmosphere. The high vaulted ceiling creates a nice sense of space and volume perfect for relaxing and resting, while the gentle breeze of the trade winds blows through the windows.
At the front, there is the dining room with a large wooden table that can accommodate up to eight guests under the covered terrace area. You can relax in the lovely swimming pool located between the main building and the bungalow for cool moments under the island’s sun. A comfortable lounge area with deck chairs and a hanging chair are set up around the pool and under the covered part of the terrace, a perfect spot for reading or playing sessions, or simply lazing around in front of the breathtakingly beautiful view over the Saint-Barts’ deep blue waters. - - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.
