Only a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and stores, this two-bedroom vacation home is ideal for a family or two couples vacationing together in the Caribbean. The name of the villa means "Full West" in Swedish;actually the amazing vacation home WASTRA overlooks Gustavia's harbor and offers every evening an incandescent view over the sunsets.
Very contemporary, this vacation rental features a spacious living room furnished with a beautiful gray sofa covered with cushions under a high vaulted ceiling. A lovely dining room for up to six guests is located at the back and opens onto a shaded patio with a barbecue for delicious grills. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped in white, gray and stainless steel in a refined style. From the air-conditioned living room, the view of Gustavia's rooftops and the ocean is breathtaking.
At the front, a lovely terrace offers a panoramic view over Gustavia's lively harbor and yachts coming and going. You will enjoy diving into the beautiful infinity swimming pool and relaxing on the deck chairs. - - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.
