In the heart of the tropical environment, WILD BLUE ESTATE is in one of the wildest areas in the island of St Barths. The two villas have living rooms furnished with sofas and armchairs, where guests can enjoy the mild air in utmost privacy. The two lounges open onto the terraces, while the trade winds gently blow. Each villa also has a well-equipped kitchen to cook meals to be enjoyed either in each villa or together around one of the dining rooms, inside or al fresco. For a perfect vacation combining both luxury and comfort, this two-villa complex is the perfect and coziest one.
Each villa in the complex features a spacious and well-appointed terrace. When renting WILD BLUE ESTATE, you can enjoy the two swimming pools for pleasant relaxing moments under the island's sun. The complex formed by WILD BLUE and COTE SAUVAGE consists of a total of seven bedrooms for a vacation with a large family or for a group of friends. Each bedroom offers privacy and autonomy; they are located close to each other allowing to meet at any time to share a meal or enjoy the two swimming pools. The four bedrooms of WILD BLUE and the three bedrooms of COTE SAUVAGE are very comfortable, furnished with queen or king size beds and equipped with en suite bathrooms. - - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.
