Which services are included in the rental price?

Here’s a list of the services included with your villa rental:

  • 7-day-a-week dedicated concierge assistance
  • Personalized meet and greet at the airport or port
  • Escort to your villa
  • Welcome amenities upon arrival
  • Check-in & Check-out
  • Daily housekeeping (except Sundays and public holidays)
  • Pool maintenance, gardening, household linens, bath towels, and beach towels
  • Preferred restaurant reservations
  • Booking of excursions and activities
Can I book a private chef?

 Yes, you can book a private chef for a special event, for several days, or for the duration of your stay. You can also call upon a chef to cook breakfast, brunch, or any other type of service. To arrange a private chef, please contact our concierge service.

Can I do laundry at the villa?

All our villas have washing machines, and most also come with dryers.
However, these appliances are typically reserved for the housekeeper’s use for household laundry, with limited exceptions. Due to liability concerns and insurance policies, guest access to washers and dryers is generally restricted, as misuse could lead to flooding or other issues.

That said, housekeepers are usually happy to help with your laundry needs for a small additional fee, which can be arranged during your stay. We also suggest speaking to your concierge to inquire about possible access to laundry facilities.

How can I choose the included or extra services I’d like to experience?

You can easily choose your activities through our dedicated web application, which is a great tool that can be used to check the available activities. Once of the app, just browse the different proposals that are classified in categories. Choose a restaurant, rent a car, book a boat excursion, reserve a private chef, a yoga session or a taxi, an extra maid service.
(NB: housekeeping is included in the price, but your personal belonging cleaning is not)… Forget the organization details: your dedicated concierge will book them for you as soon as he gets your request, either by phone, by whatsapp or via the web application.

How can I rent a car?

We highly recommend renting a car for your stay.
Contact our concierge, who will assist with the booking. You can select your vehicle type—whether it’s a 4x4, convertible, luxury car, electric car, or compact model—through the concierge web app, and your concierge will handle the details.

Which kind of extra services can I book?

You can arrange a variety of additional activities and services that will be billed directly to you. These include yoga sessions, tennis court rentals, spa treatments (either at a spa or in your villa), boat excursions, private chefs for special events or your entire stay, and water sports such as jet skiing, windsurfing, or scuba diving. Simply choose the activities you’d like.

What does a local concierge do?

Your dedicated concierge is there to provide personalized assistance and support throughout your stay, acting as your main point of contact for any requests or inquiries. Here’s an overview of their duties:

  • Planning & Coordination: Your concierge will help plan and organize any requests, including villa orientations, restaurant reservations, activity bookings, charters, and other experiences. They also offer local expertise and can address any issues that arise during your stay.
  • Property Orientation: Upon arrival, your concierge will give you a tour of the property and its surroundings, answering any questions about the villa, local amenities, or nearby attractions.
  • Reservations: Your concierge can handle reservations for local restaurants and activities, providing recommendations and making bookings on your behalf to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Local Guidance: Your concierge is a valuable resource for local insights, from dining recommendations to the latest shops in town.
  • Issue Resolution: If any problems occur during your stay, your concierge will act as a mediator between you and the property owner or service provider, resolving issues efficiently.
Is housekeeping included in the price?

Yes, daily housekeeping is part of the rental rate, except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are refreshed every two days, beach towels every three days, and bed linens are changed every three days.

Please note that personal laundry service is not included in standard housekeeping and is available upon request for an additional fee. If you require this service, reach out to your concierge via phone, WhatsApp, or through the concierge web app.

Can I book water activities?

There are many water activities available in St-Barths, including kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), surfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, flyboarding, jetboarding, and hoverboarding. You can also enjoy diving or take a boat excursion. To book a water activity, please contact our concierge service, which will handle all the details for you.
